Grand Canyon, Arizona

After our trip to Los Angeles, we stay in Las Vegas, Nevada for four night, since it was a family trip and only my mother was allowed in the casinos, we decided to have a day trip in Grand Canyon.

So we were in Arizona for a day, we left Las Vegas at around 7 in the morning, and met up with the tour bus. The trip was amazing! Amazing views, amazing everything… Well I guess it was just awesome for me because we don’t have that kind of landscape in the Philippines.

Pretty like a painting

We had a chance to stop over and take pictures! We were in Selignman, the birth place of the historic “Route 66”! I just had to pose for the landscape, I just feel like running like crazy around the vast landscape, and try for depict one of my favorite books, “Little House on the Prairie”.

On the other side of the road, there were horses feeding on the grass quietly.

The Grand Canyon

Every view of the Grand Canyon was breath-taking, I might not have appreciated it like others do, but I appreciated it in my own way. Our tour guide says that some people even cry because it was that awesome. I just couldn’t take my eyes off it, and it makes me wonder if I could hike down there.

While we were walking around the camp, we saw a wild deer.

We weren’t allowed to approach the deer for safety reasons.

Amazing, yes?

I loved the weather there in Grand Canyon, it had a chilly breeze, but you can still feel the heat of the sun. Maybe next time I’ll try to stay there overnight, I think it’ll be a great camping experience.
